No, we do not provide refunds. Each member is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every member is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, we definetly understand; however please note there will be a $40 late fee added to any payments made after 6/10/25.
If you fail to complete your balance without any communication to us by 7/5/25, your reservations will automatically cancel.
Once you make your deposit, you will receive an account summary and personal payment portal. You will be able to make payments of any increments on your portal.
Yes, as your Hosts we will try our best to accomadate all room requests on a 1st come 1st served basis. Please note there are a limited amount of double occupancy rooms available. This means we do our best to make all accommadations requested but it is NOT a guarantee.
We will provide a selected amount of alcoholic beverages.
Members are encouraged to bring any "spirits" they would like to partake in for their shared pleasure.
Official itineraries are sent to each member 30 days before the event via email. We try to get itineraries finalized sooner and if we do you will receive it via email.
All t-shirts will be mailed the week before vacation to ensure delivery prior to the scheduled event.
